SHIPPING COSTS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERYOrders received through www.tileoutlet.it will be processed promptly. Product delivery will take place via express courier.
If shipping is managed by Tile Outlet Srl, delivery will occur within 24/48 hours from payment confirmation.
Free pickup from our warehouse will be available within 48-72 hours after payment verification. It is recommended to contact Tile Outlet Srl via email or phone to confirm the availability of the materials.
For products not available in stock, the delivery date will be communicated via email or phone at the time of the order.
The delivery times indicated on the site are not binding for Tile Outlet Srl, which reserves the right to reasonably advance or delay delivery, without giving the customer the right to request the cancellation of the contract.

PAYMENTS

RETURN
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Tile Outlet Srl - Via Regina Pacis, 253/255 - 41049 Sassuolo (MO), or by fax to +39 0536 580070.
Returned products must be intact and in their original packaging.
